Cambridge English Placement Test (CEPT)

The Cambridge English Placement Test (CEPT) is a reliable assessment designed to accurately determine an individual’s

English language proficiency level.

Developed by Cambridge Assessment English, the same organisation behind globally recognised exams such as Cambridge English Advanced and Cambridge English Proficiency, CEPT provides a trusted foundation for placing learners into the most appropriate learning programmes.

Test Structure

CEPT consists of two components:

• Listening & Reading – 50 questions

• Language Use – 25 multiple-choice questions
