What if my class cannot attend during the official sitting window? In special cases, schools may request an alternative date. How can I view the test results? Results are available in the Results & Reports Portal . You can access them by: Logging in directly using your school’s 8 digit code and password. Accessing the Results section via the Assessments Portal (single sign-on). Are ICAS results available online? Yes. Results can be viewed and analyzed via the Results Portal using your school code and password. Access is limited to participating schools and authorized staff. How can students access their results? Students can log in to the Results Portal using their TAP-ID and PIN (found on their certificate). Previous TAP-ID and PIN can also be used for returning students. Where are the results sent? All reports and certificates are sent to the school. Results are also available online using the student’s TAP ID and password. Do schools need to print ICAS certificates? No. Printed certificates are provided and sent to schools by UTC. Reprinting Certificates Lost or incorrect certificate? Please contact customer service to request a reprint. A fee of AU$40 per certificate (plus courier) applies. ? ICAS Frequently Asked Questions Frequently Asked Questions regarding the ICAS Assessments. ICAS 2026 Do supervising teachers need to log in? Yes. On test day, supervising teachers must log in to the Assessments Portal to create and start the test session. Can we add more participants after registering? Yes, additional participants can be added by emailing info@icasindonesia.co.id, before the registration deadline. What if my class cannot attend during the official sitting window? In special cases, schools may request an alternative date. Requests must be submitted in writing by the Principal (or nominee) at least two weeks before the official window. Note: Alternative sittings may not be eligible for ICAS medals. How can schools register for ICAS? Schools can register by submitting the Entry Form via email to info@icasindonesia.co.id. The form is available on the ICAS Support Page. What does “Waiting Entry” mean? If a student logs in after the session has started, they must be manually admitted. Go to Waiting Entry, select the student, and click Allow Start, then confirm. If “Wait to begin” appears on the screen. How do students start? Click Start Session on the Supervise Live Test screen. What if a question does not display properly? Refresh the page or reload the browser. If the issue persists, check device and browser requirements. If it affects only a few students, it is likely a connectivity issue—contact your IT team. Students are getting error messages after entering codes. What should I do? Ensure students enter the test session code first, followed by their one-time code. Both codes are 8 characters long and should not be mixed up. When can we schedule the tests during the testing window? You can schedule them before, during or after school. Are there instructions for supervising a test? Yes. Supervision instructions for each subject are available on the ICAS Support page and within the Assessments Portal dashboard. What URL should students use to access the test? Students can access their test at: icas.site/start How are assessments kept secure? Each student receives a unique one-time code and joins using a session code created by the teacher. Tests can only be accessed once the session starts, and teachers monitor progress in real time via the Assessments Portal. What if a student is interrupted during a test? If a student needs to stop (e.g. due to illness), the teacher can pause the test. The student cannot continue from home but may resume on another day within the sitting window. A new test session must be created, and the student continues using the same one-time code. What actions can be taken after receiving the results?
