• Tickets issued can be rebooked once for free, additional fare/tax may apply (if any).
• The benefit will only be available to students.
• Parents/family members requiring rescheduling are not entitled to complimentary rebooking services or additional baggage allowances.
Eligible family members are only entitled to a special rate. They are not eligible for excess baggage (40kg) or free rebooking.
'Eligible Family Member' of a student means any person the student can demonstrate, to the reasonable satisfaction of Qantas, as being related to that student in any of the ways described below:
