Specific Requirements:
Accounting Teacher – minimum of Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting from a reputable university.
Overseas graduates and experience living in English speaking countries are preferred.
General requirements for all positions:
• Age 25 – 40 years old,
• Minimum GPA of 2.75
• Post graduate from related subject is preferable
• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience of 15-18 year old students
• Experience in teaching IGCSE is an advantage
• Able to teach in fluent English, creative, proactive and able to work in a team.
• Willing to teach in Kelapa Gading (KG) area

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Campus Marketing Communication Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote USG Education's programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Playing a key role in campus marketing communication activities and fostering strong
collaboration with internal teams (design, sales, admissions)
1. Content Creation:
Develop engaging content for various channels (social media, email, print) that effectively communicates USG Education PIK Campus's value proposition.
Collaborate with the campus team to create compelling copy.
Design and produce marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations).
Assist with Head Office content distribution on Campus channels.
2. Social Media Management:
Manage USG Education PIK Campus's social media accounts (scheduling, engagement, inquiries).
Stay updated on social media trends to enhance brand visibility.
3. Campaign Coordination:
Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (events, programs, initiatives).
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely delivery of materials.
4. Digital Marketing Support:
Proceed digital marketing efforts, including Meta Business Post, advertising through Meta Ads and IG Ads, including email marketing.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
5. Brand Management:
Uphold brand standards across all marketing collateral and communications to ensure consistency and alignment with USG Education's brand identity.
Actively contribute to the development and evolution of the brand messaging and visual identity.
6. Event Activation & Lead Generation:
Initiate marketing communication event for campus lead generation through various activities such as School expo, Noble Scholar Competition, USG Education Campaign, Campus Open House, Open Day and other related activities that necessary for lead generation
Conduct school visits to targeted institutions.
Support with event planning and execution (promotional materials, registration management)
7. Other Duties:
Perform additional duties as needed for campus performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
